Yes! We use a platform called Loomly to send you a preview of your upcoming content. You’ll be able to review, approve, and comment on every post before anything gets published as part of our transparent and collaborative social media management process.

You can upload your content through the submission form during sign-up. If you’d like to send more after onboarding, we accept files via Apple Album sharing, WeTransfer, Collect, email, or even WhatsApp—whichever method works best for you.

Absolutely. All monthly social media management plans include one round of revisions to your preview feed. Need more edits? Additional revisions are available for a small fee. Please allow 2–5 business days for adjustments.

Your social media management plan officially begins on the day your first post goes live—not the day you sign up. We first create your content preview, send it for approval, and allow time for any revisions. Once approved, posting begins and your 30-day cycle starts.

Yes, and we encourage it! Our social media management is designed to complement your own voice. Daily stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and personal updates help boost your reach and engagement alongside the scheduled content we provide.

We schedule posts to go live between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST, with posting days organized by plan. You can also submit a request if you have preferred posting days, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Fillers are the posts that we design for you in your brand scheme to help create an aesthetic for your Instagram feed. Fillers will contain customized content tailored specifically to your business industry such as: pre & post care instructions, quotes, tips, infographics, memes, reviews, etc.

Yes! Our Premium management plans include reel editing. We will also select trending audios which can help to increase your visibility and help you grow. If you have a specific audio selection for certain videos, you can also leave notes for us on our shared note/board.

For standard plans, you can select our Short-Form video content add-ons to add reels and reel editing to your current plan.

Yes! If we're not given any specific verbiage or instruction, we base our fillers according to the services provided in your setup questionnaire. Filler topics usually include infographics, memes, tips, quotes, etc. Filler topics can also be refined in the setup questionnaire.

Any specific filler/content design requests will require at least 24 hours notice, Monday to Saturday. Last minute submissions may be requested, but will not be promised for same-day delivery

Paid ads are not included in our plans. However as we post for you, you can pick and choose which posts you’d like to boost and promote them on your own! Just a few buttons and then you’re good to go. This allows for clients to pick and choose what they’d like to promote and how much they want to spend.
