How To Upload A Canva Design To Acuity Scheduling Site
Step 1: Create a Canva design. I use measurements 2000px (width) x 1000px (height) to create my Acuity designs. Be sure to incorporate the most important details that you'd like your perspective clients/customers to see. Some examples can be your policies, business hours, location, directions, pre-care & aftercare information, contraindications, safety hazards, etc.

We take the guesswork out of the design process so all you have to do is add your personal details to make it your own. We also do custom work where we can design something specifically for you and your business -- no edits needed on your part.
Step 2: Once you're happy with your design on Canva, press SHARE, and download your files as either PNGs or JPGs.
*Only images that are JPG, PNG, or GIF less than 1.5MB can be added. Lower the quality/size of your files before exporting!
Step 3: Head to your Acuity Scheduling Site homepage, select 'Customize Appearance' on the left menu.
Step 4: Make sure the template is set to 'Daily', then scroll down to the 'Scheduling Instructions' section, click the picture icon, upload your Canva design in chronological order.
Step 5: Select 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page, and your Scheduling Site is now revamped with your new design!
