1. Initial Setup

• Onboarding questionnaire: 1–5 minutes, completed at sign-up for a quick and easy start

• Download your Welcome Package immediately after sign-up

• Feed design + initial setup: 5–10 business days after receiving your content

• Instructions for submitting content are included in your Welcome Package, and your sign-up form includes an upload section for easy file delivery

2. First Content Delivery (within 10 Business Days)

• Preview is delivered within 10 business after receiving your content

• Content can be easily uploaded upon sign up or you can view our other sharing options in your welcome package once sign up is complete.

• Reviewing your content: 5–10 minutes

• Share revision notes: 5–10 minutes per round

• Notes can be made directly upon our management platform, a quick video tutorial will be provided to walk you through the easy process.

3. Revision Process

• Month 1: We allow up to 3 revision rounds, additional revisions may be incur an extra fee.

• Ongoing months: 1 revision round

• Revision turnaround time: 1-3 business days

4. Content Scheduling

• Once approved, your content is scheduled for the upcoming month

• Posts publish automatically to your selected and connected platforms

• We will require your login in order for us to post on your selected channels. If you prefer to keep your credentials to yourself, we suggest checking out our post credit options.

Communication & Support

• Dedicated account manager, Monday–Saturday

• Same-day responses during business days

• Tech support available via WhatsApp and text

Collaboration & Communication

Service Delivery Lauren Design Marketing & Co. is committed to delivering high-quality creative services in a timely, organized, and professional manner. Each client is paired with a dedicated account manager for communication, approvals, and support. A successful partnership relies on clear direction, timely approvals, and detailed feedback. Once content is approved, all approvals are final and cannot be revised without purchasing additional credits or add-on edits.

Social Media Account Access Because we work with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.), we cannot control issues such as password changes, disconnections, platform bugs, or account restrictions. We will assist where possible, but issues outside our control must be resolved directly with the platform’s support team.

Scheduling & Posting Scheduling requires successful connection of your social media accounts to our posting platform. If you are unable to connect your account(s), this does not warrant a refund, as the core service we provide is content creation. In these cases, you may manually post the content we deliver. Scheduling is a complimentary service and not grounds for refunds.

Support Channels For efficiency and organization, support is provided through WhatsApp, email, and text so we have a clear trail of communication for both parties to refer to regarding project details.

Respectful Communication We value respectful, collaborative communication throughout the creative process. Any form of abusive or hostile behavior may lead to immediate account termination without refund.

Best Practices

• Please notify us immediately if you change your passwords or security settings.

• Refresh your content with us regularly to keep your deliverables current and engaging.

Storage of Deliverables Lauren Design Marketing & Co. stores your content for up to 90 days. After that period, it is the client’s responsibility to save and archive content. We cannot guarantee file availability beyond this window.

Refund Policy

By enrolling in any service or subscription, you acknowledge that all services are non-refundable. This is due to the custom, manual, and digital nature of the work. Once time and resources are allocated, it cannot be reversed.

No refunds will be issued for:

• dissatisfaction related to subjective preference

• delays caused by the client

• inability to connect accounts for scheduling

• performance, engagement, or business results

We will always implement revisions within your plan and work to achieve your preferences, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or results.

Lauren Design Marketing & Co. Obligations

We strive to deliver creative work aligned with your brand and plan. We reserve the right to decline clients or projects that do not align with our expertise, workload, or policies. Package inclusions and pricing may be updated as needed.

Fees & Payment

• All payments must be paid in advance.

• Your month's cycle begins on the first date of posting.

• Billing will be automatically charged via PayPal subscription upon your next cycle.

• Subscription payment renewal failures will result in paused services until payment is received.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Services continue even if feedback is not provided to maintain plan deliverables and workflow.

• You authorize Lauren Design Marketing & Co to charge your payment method for monthly subscriptions.

• Clients may cancel their plan at least 7 days prior to renewal; cancellations after billing are applied to the next cycle.

Lauren Design Marketing & Co. may showcase your logo, social media account, or work samples in our portfolio.

Warranty Disclaimer

Lauren Design Marketing & Co. does not guarantee performance, engagement, growth, or specific marketing results.

Indemnity

Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted materials—images, videos, branding, text, and intellectual property—have the proper rights and permissions. Clients agree to indemnify Lauren Design Marketing & Co. from any claims arising from materials provided.

Social Media Account Issues

Lauren Design Marketing & Co. is not responsible for:

• platform glitches

• account loss or recovery

• shadow-banning

• suspensions or restrictions

• copyright flags for assets provided by the client

We will assist where possible, but responsibility ultimately rests with the client.

Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, data, and communication as confidential. Information is only shared with necessary team members and is never used outside the scope of service delivery. Date confidentiality remains in effect during the partnership and after termination.
