Kayley moved out on her own at 16, working as a hostess and waitress to support herself while sharpening the discipline and drive that now define her work ethic. Before starting her agency, she worked for Rev.com as a subtitle writer—a highly selective position that demands exceptional grammar accuracy, speed, and meticulous attention to detail. That precision now informs every video, logo, caption, template, and design she creates.

Kayley launched Lauren Design Co in 2019 after building her first website for her high-school-sweetheart, a professional magician.
